- Control the output of publications, review team products, correct design errors, and conduct acceptance testing.
- Coordinate the Design team, building optimized and efficient working processes.
- Design and create POD products.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to design final products.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a POD Leader position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to provide solutions and address issues the team encounters during work.
- Capability to plan and strategize for team development, ensuring effective collaboration with other relevant departments.
- In-depth knowledge and continuous updates on publications, figures, events, trends, etc., in popular culture, particularly in the U.S., to aid in the design process and sourcing visual materials.
